Award Winner

We are delighted to share that not one but TWO Restore London projects have won prestigious Civic Trust Awards at the 66th annual awards ceremony held at the Concorde Conference Centre last Friday.

⭐️ The National Portrait Gallery – WINNER Civic Trust Award 2025 & ⭐️HIGHLY COMMENDED in the Selwyn Goldsmith Award for Universal Design 2025

⭐️ Arding & Hobbs – WINNER Civic Trust Award 2025

Both projects saw the extensive and thoughtful reimagining of well-loved, pre-existing buildings for contemporary use, providing a new lease of life for the buildings and rejuvenating the communities around them. Prime examples of the successful and sustainable adaption of existing building stock. We are beyond delighted to see the Civic Trust affording these projects the level of award they so richly deserve.

Restore London are proud to have contributed significantly to these projects in our capacity as Specialist Facade and Historic Fabric Contractor. The completed quality of workmanship on these projects speaks for itself.

“It was a pleasure working with the Restore London team. They showed good team spirit coupled by a highly pro-active approach to problem solving & were able to resource the project during unforeseen circumstances, such as the funeral of the late Queen Elizabeth II. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. ”

“I have used Restore London for a number of projects & find them very reliable & cost effective, with excellent workmanship – which is particularly important when working on a number of the Listed buildings we have here at RHC.”

Stephen Crampton

Project Manager, CBRE

““Restore London made our specified repairs so that they are almost invisible when viewing the room as a whole but are sufficiently different that an educated viewer could see where the mosaic had experienced areas of change when looking in detail. Perfect!” ”

Liz Smith

“Restore London’s works were undertaken to the highest standards. The team’s attention to detail has been second to none & we would recommend Restore London to anyone seeking a strong team who can deliver.”
