Arturs Legzdins MCIOB

Associate Director

Arturs achieved a first level higher Professional Education Degree in Conservation at Riga Building College in 2013, with particular focus on stone fabrics. Following his academic and vocational training in Latvia, Arturs moved to the UK to expand his practical conservation knowledge skill set and learn about other aspects and restorative techniques. Arturs is very proud of his restoration/conservation background and is genuinely pleased to mentor his team to achieve the Restore London quality of work.  Recently achieving MCIOB status as well as the Stone Federation’s Rising Star Award 2020, Arturs continues to develop personally and professionally. He has also been known to enjoy a spot of architectural photography in his spare time.

“It was a pleasure working with the Restore London team. They showed good team spirit coupled by a highly pro-active approach to problem solving & were able to resource the project during unforeseen circumstances, such as the funeral of the late Queen Elizabeth II. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. ”

““Restore London made our specified repairs so that they are almost invisible when viewing the room as a whole but are sufficiently different that an educated viewer could see where the mosaic had experienced areas of change when looking in detail. Perfect!” ”
