Restore London were Principal Contractor for all design, procurement and installation of elements of this change of use property from this Grade II listed office to a 7 bed high end residential property including:
- New roof and roof terrace
- Cleaning and restoration of external stone and brickwork
- All new services, electrical, lighting and AV.
- French polishing of existing woodwork
- All internal finishes timber, marble, stone and decorations.
- Repair and restoration of all listed internal finishes.
- Construction of new basement swimming pool
