Restore London were appointed as Principal Contractor on this extensive £2.5M refurbishment project in the heart of Kensington. The project comprised of external façade repairs and the general refurbishment of 1 Derry Street and Rose Cottage.

The works to Rose Cottage comprised of:

  • Re-roofing and rebuilding of the parapet.
  • Locate, expose, and repair cracks behind render.
  • Make good render and decoration.

Works to No. 1 Derry Street comprised of:

  • Repairs to and cleaning of brickwork and substructure.
  • Refurbishment or replacement of metal windows.
  • Replacement of external doors & waterproofing of roof.
  • New plant/terrace deck & rebuilding of stair enclosure.
  • Removal, design & rebuilding of parapets
  • Refurbishment or replacement of rainwater goods.
  • Replacement of balustrades.
