Winning the cleaning & restoration package at competitive tender, Restore London worked closely with Principal Contractor ITC to deliver this highly ornate Portland stone façade in the heart of London’s sought-after West end. Super-heated and wet abrasive and some poultice applications were applied to clean the building to the Client’s expectation. Our Project team then carried out a comprehensive survey of the façades, picking up the existing defects & prioritising that required in order of most serious to aesthetic. Re-pointing, mortar repairs and natural stone indents were undertaken in line with the Clients instructions. Once complete we installed a full pigeon deterrent system.
“We found Restore London to be thorough, entirely professional, transparent, and well versed in carrying out architecturally sensitive projects. The project was delivered on time and on budget, with outstanding levels of workmanship
