Restore London completed façade cleaning and restoration to this Portland stone façade on the North side of Pall Mall. The Ornate fabric was initially cleaned by our specialist team using super-heated steam and then carefully surveyed to ascertain the locations and dimensions of repairs required. Our report identified stone re-pointing, plastic mortar repairs, pinning and stone indenting (using matching Portland Limestone scant) to areas of the façade including the 3-storey cartouche key stoned arch and the flanking Corinthian columns on tall pedestals that carries the entablature.  Our works also included the provision of access scaffolding, heritage window replacement, refurbishment and window re-decoration.
