Parkside Phase II

This spectacular early 20th century property, arranged across 8 levels in one of London’s most affluent locations, has been carefully surveyed, overhauled and restored by the Restore London team across II phases. Removal of redundant fixtures, fittings and ductwork, concrete repairs, structural remedials, repairs/restoration to existing pitched roofs, leadwork, RWG’s introduction of a new waterproofing system to flat roofs, replacement of roof-lights, replacement of external metal staircases and handrails, repairs & redecoration of timber windows, glazing, replacement UPVC fascia’s new bird deterrent system and renovation works to shopfronts.
